• We monitor the provincial health guidelines and respective college guidelines for each practitioner, ensuring that we stay up to date with all best practices

• Our staff is fully vaccinated

• Masks are mandatory for both clients and staff in healthcare facilities

• Appointment times are staggered to reduce waiting room congestion

​

• We frequently sanitize commonly touched objects and surfaces

​

• Clients are required to complete a Covid screening prior to each appointment

​

• If a client has symptoms of Covid, we waive any cancellation fee and ask them to come back when they are feeling well and have tested negative

​​

• Hand sanitizer is available throughout the clinic

​

• Signage is posted at the door detailing safety protocols
