Dawn Mill

Dawn has been with Kelowna Physiotherapy Associates since 2004 and became the owner in 2021. She is well known for her needling and physiotherapy skills, often combining them for the best effect. She completed her Physical Therapy degree in 1992 and added her Medical Acupuncturist Certificate in 1995. In 2001, Dawn became a Registered Acupuncturist.

Since then, she has pursued post-graduate education in Physiotherapy, IMS, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her areas of study include musculoskeletal problems, orthopedics, pain management, TMJ disorders, and Cranial Sacral Therapy. Her areas of interest include headaches and migraines, neurological symptoms, neck and spine issues, and pregnancy. Dawn continues to learn and evolve her skill-set, applying both Western and Eastern concepts.

Dawn is a very knowledgeable understanding clinician whose calming presence relaxes people throughout their treatment. She helps people to address their needs in a holistic way and find balance. Dawn has a keen interest in working with people of all shapes and sizes and strives to make Kelowna Physiotherapy Associates an inclusive environment.

Hayley Brown (She/Her)

Hayley BrownHayley Brown graduated with distinction from Bond University in 2017, winning the Clinical Excellence award. She has been practicing for over 5 years. Hayley is certified in Dry Needling and has taken post-graduate education in ACL Rehab, Taping, Pilates and BPPV. She is currently studying to sit the Certified Hand Therapy exam.

A diligent, caring, and personable physiotherapist, Hayley finds communication and understanding to be an essential part of treatment. She will explain the relationship between your symptoms and your condition, along with treatment options.

Hayley provides assessment and treatment for a variety of conditions including BPPV type of vertigo, vestibular, orthopedic, musculoskeletal, acute and chronic sports injuries, and physiotherapy to support healthy aging. She has a special interest in necks and conditions of the upper and lower limb including shoulders and ankles.

Her treatment techniques include soft-tissue release, cupping, dry needling, and manual therapy. She offers prescription, individualized, and progressive exercise plans for long-term management. Movement is medicine, and Hayley loves to help her clients move!
